Since 2007, Elsewedy Development has invested heavily in industrial zones and parks. Through PI Parks, Pyramids Zona Franca, AlOula and Souq Masr, the group has established an impressive portfolio of companies with a far-reaching footprint and a strategic land bank adding to what was already one of the most established conglomerate groups in Egypt and the MENA region. An expansion into logistics development represented a natural endeavor to complement the existing industrial sector, fulfill the growing demand for logistics facilities and provide professional logistics solutions to a currently underserved market and thus in January 2017, Elsewedy Logistics Properties (SLP) was born
